Savmit Grover, B.Com (Hons), FCA

Savmit is the founder and principal partner of the Firm. He holds over 32 years of professional experience. He has a rich experience of over three decades in field accounting, income tax, GST, management consultancy & international taxation, he also has hands on experience in corporate law and RBI matters.

He has also been involved in various social activities throughout his life apart from his profession.

He is on the board (as non executive director) of:

HLS Asia Limited from 22-06-2005, he is also Chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination, Remuneration Committee and CSR Committee of this Company.
He is Director in Crimsun Organics Private Limited (a group Company of Parijat Industries India Private Limited) from 28-06-2018 and also chairs the Board Meeting, Audit Committee Meetings of the Company.
He had been on the Board of Parijat Industries Private Limited from 31-07-2007 to 23-09-2021 (approx. 14 years) and was Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Amit Tyagi, B.Com & FCA

Based in Noida, Amit brings over 20 years of experience in Direct Taxation, FEMA, Corporate Advisory, Tax Litigation, Virtual CFO Services, and Regulatory Compliances. Known for his analytical approach and practical business insights, he helps clients navigate complex financial and regulatory matters. Since joining the firm as a Partner in 2010, he has advised a wide range of Indian and international clients across diverse industries.

He regularly represents clients before tax authorities and specializes in tax planning, risk management, and compliance solutions. An avid marathon runner, Amit embodies the discipline, endurance, and commitment that define his professional approach.

Surya Arora, B.Com (Hons), CA & CS

Surya is based out of Gurgaon. He holds over 12 years of professional experience. Surya specializes in providing audit and technical accounting services to attest and non attest clients.

Prior to joining SGAP & CO, he has worked in various roles at one of the Big4 accounting firms. His last assignment was with M/s International Tractors Limited (Sonalika Tractors). He has an experience of working with diverse sectors including manufacturing, automobiles, hospitality, healthcare etc.

His major clients include LT Foods Limited (Daawat Basmati), RSPL Limited (Ghari Detergent), DLF, Fortis Hospitals, Punj Llyod, SRF Limited, SRL Limited etc.
